Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Final sale items, accessories, and discounted pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Include your Order ID, product photo (if damaged or incorrect), and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Please do not send items back without confirmation — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for faster service.
